Pregnancy and Infertility

My LMP was on 6/6/19. I did my first IUI in this cycle and day on 2/7 i got a positive result in both urine and blood test (hcg level-372.8).. but from today my breast soreness got decreased. its not as sore as it was before..I am worried whether it is a sign of something else. Please suggest the reason of it.

I want to know what this report says. Are there signs of RPOC?                                                                    USG PELVIS - Urinary Bladder: optiomally distended. Shows no obvious calculi/ wall thickening . Uterus : Normal in size measuring 7.5x4.5x5cm and shows normal myometrial echotexture. Endometrium is heterogenous , measuring 8 mm in the fundal region .There are endometrial contents measuring 10 x 5mm, showing vascularity on colour doppler with low resistance spectral waveform. Right ovary measures : 3.2 x 1.4 cm. Left ovary shows a cyst measuring : 3.5 x 2.5 cm. No septations / solid component as is seen.Minimal fluid is seen in pelvis. IMPRESSION : : SMALL RETAINED PRODUCTS OF CONCEPTION . SMALL LEFT OVARIAN SIMPLE CYST. (Note : the sonography findings should always be considered in correlation with clinical and other investigations . )

My wife gave birth to a healthy baby of 2.30 kg on 3/7/19 via c section depivery. After 2.5 hrs of delivery her pulse rate went down to 50 bpm, then to 40 bpm. Then the doctors gave some medication/injection to her. And her pulse increased to 150 bpm and then to 80-90 bpm in the next 1.5 hrs. After 7-8 hours, it was around 50 bpm. Now i am worried about this low pulse. Can u help me with this. The doctors have told me not to worry.

I have saggy breast nd nd size is also small i want it to be big in size too pls help me to get the proper shape

Actually there is suddenly changes on my body there are lots of hairs grow on my body like on my chin on my face stomach etc and in last 4 months i gain lot of weight and i did exercise regular one month but there is no effect on my body so what is the issue is there harmonal issue or pcod problem . I already had pcod problem one year before

Pl described the Usg report abortion done by medicine cramp are present backside hip and leg.Bleeding going on.Wash are required or another medicine are removed it.

I married on 12may .my wife age 20having periods starts on12apr, 11may,07jun and 03jul .before marriage her cycle was 30days.now what is her cycle .is it 26.why period changing very fast

I am breastfeeding my baby and even after 1 hr baby cries of hunger, so giving formula. When I pump milk it's coming very low. I will let my baby suck each and every time but also milk is less. While pumping also I need to press the breast more for milk outflow because of larger breasts. I think while baby sucks also milk is not coming because I could not able to squeeze the breast. Please advise how to feed in this case
