Pregnancy and Infertility

My periods are late , my date was 14 june and yet i have not got them i dont know why they are late . This has never happened before with me.

Please suggest what could have caused thyroid as in my hereditary no one had thyroid before. I would like to know the cause that what trigged this.

I have 2 endometriosis ovarian cysts on both ovaries. 1 on left ovary is 7cm and on right ovary is 12cm. I also have 2 small 1mm fibroids in uterus. I was on luprodex depot but it did not cause much effect and cyst did not shrink. I also got periods twice while on luprodex and that too within a span of 15 days. Since last 3 to 4 months my periods return in 15 days. I get painful periods. I also dont want more kids. My doctor has suggested total abdominal hysterectomy. Is surgery the only option? Can my ovaries and uterus be saved?
