I have been diagnosed with bilateral endometrioma in Nov 2018. Since then I am on dinogest and have been given Leuprolide acetate injection 7days back. In the course of treatment cyst size has reduced but BLEEDING HASN'T STOPPED FULLY. Whenever i bleed i take Texakind, Tranexamic acid tablet. Is this correct medication to stop bleeding?? I only get temporary relief of 2 to 4days.
