Hello doc... I had my c section on march.. And on may month I got my first periods but periods came twice in same month.. May 5 and may 29...then still I didn't get my periods... But I can see loose white discharge... Following 2days of my expected period date... Why is it so??

I have a history of pcod last year it was treated n was fine. Will these meds get my periods bck n i dont hv to go to pcod meds again?? These meds aren't available , help wth the alternatives too.. or if m2 tone alone is enough 2 spoons a day??
