Doctor, Am a married woman(30),with two kids, my last period was on 10th June 2019. As we have an unanticipated religious function on 13th July this month, i need to postpone my periods now. Is there any tablet that i can take now after 27 days. My cycles are generally irregular every alternate month and this month happens to be the month on which I can normally expect periods after 40 days, however I don't want to take risk. Pls suggest some tablets.

From last two days I am facing a problem in my breast. Breast has lumps and paining very much even I cannot touch. I tried massage from hot water but effective only for few hours and then again the same problem. Please suggest some solutions
