She had period last month early after 20days only and this time also her period started yesterday after 20days only she is in somewhat stress due to study problem.  She  has bleeding some what more , fever ; body pain ; headache as her period started yesterday plz tell any diagonosis to this problem what to do

My mom is 45 years old. She is having periods for more than 15 days. First 10 to 12 days bleeding is like a patch but now it's heavy enough. Kindly suggest we should wait for next cycle or any medication required?

I gave birth to my second child at age 31 and got my first period after 16 months as I was lactating. First period was normal for 4 days with normal bleeding... Later on 22nd day I got my period again and had heavy bleeding for almost 10 days and stopped normally. After that I have not got a proper period though I keep getting spotting irregularly like on 36th day and 42nd day of second period. When ultrasound was taken doctor said I have PCOD and endometrium thickened is 1.5cms. She gave meprate tablet 10.. 3 times a day and even after that tablet for four days I di t get my period. I am obese after my child birth. Anything to worry. Should I wait for wpriof to happen normally

Lately I have been having a 45-47 day cycle than the usual 28-30 day cycle that I used to have. I have my periods for 5-6 days despite the 45 day cycle. Do not have any other symptoms like acne etc. How many days cycle is considered normal?
