Heavy period flow... And painful peeing ...unable to complete the peeing...every 5 minutes continuous peeing...

I am trying to understand the use of folisurge 75iu injection. It it will be helpful. This is the second month I am taking it.

I am taking medicine for weight loss and lost near about 3-4 kg weight. But this time my periods are very lighter and it is like old blood and color is dark brown to black. Its my first day. i guess it only remain 1 day

I had primolut n 1 tablet each for ten days in the month of August for a occasiona, had my period on 17th August. On September I had primolut n again for 10 days because I had.a travel plan and had period on 1st October to 4th October, flow was light. Now had withdrawal bleeding from 24th October. When will my normal period start?

My LMP was on 27th sept.Done with 2 iui but I got heavy bleeding 2 days before period (27th Oct)is this implantation bleeding or period.i m confused.
