Ultrasound report says A 24*27 mm echoic lession seen at posterior wall. B/I ovaries are normal in size. Earlier 3mths back size was 1.6*1.1 cm. Please guide.

I start feeling depressed and low whenever my periods are about to come. Also, i fear a lot about the pain during this time. I take painkillers but they help for a time being. Is there any permanent solution to stop the pain and why i feel depressed?

I got bleeding on my period date but i taken ipill before 14 days from this bleeding is this withdrawal bleed or my normal periods?

Hello doc.. i am a mother of 2 children with c section. My first baby was born in 2008 Dec and my second baby in Jan 2019. I had quite a big gap btw. But after my second baby i am having severe back pain and neck pain after doing house hold work and I'm a vegetarian don't even have egg. I feel I'm very weak. My belly stomach is still there. Kindly advise how to reduce. Suggest some belt to reduce my stomach. As I'm working no time to exercise. Plz do advise on back pain and weakness

Hello...I am Riya , I was suffering from a acne problm thn I went to Dermatologist and she perceived me some medicines and said tht I have PCOS and hormonal problems thn I Consult with a Gynicoligist and she prescribed me Krimson 35 ( May , 2018 ) till then I am using this tablet and my skin beceme clear and all the problems went away , I was so happy but from the Month of August ( 2019)I take this medicine in a wrong way , I don't know why my problems are back now from the Month of September , my acnes are back and my  last monthly cycle was after 33 days , my acnes became disastar . I Consult my Gynicoligist on October 13th and she suggested me it was for the wrong intake of medicines and She Prescribed me Krimson 35 , I am under this medication now but my pblm became serious what should I do ...Plz

I ovulated on 26th October and on 2nd November I did my Progesterone P4 test. It is 10.6 ng/ml Is it normal and did I ovulated this cycle? What all tests do I need to do 7 days past my ovulation to know if my cycle was good and if I ovulated?

Fibroid size increased from 1.6*1.1cm  to 24*27mm in last 3 month. Also prolactin levels in the blood are high around 64 which should be upto 30. Please guide is this high prolactin that leads fibroid to grow or is that fibroid that leads to high level of prolactin. Also i was talking unani medication for these 3 months. It seems that the medication has not worked. Please suggest best medication for shrinking fibroids.
