Renal pelvis dialated
Hai doctors,
While am in 5th month on my 20th week anomoly scan doctor said that it there is some water collection in left renal pelvis of babies kidney 4.4mm ,is it any prblem .doctor told me to take another ultra sound on 26th week .is it neccesasary

Yes it is needed to know about renal anomalies ,if so it may lead to other problems like amniotic fluid may decrease
