  4. Bilateral prominent fetal renal pelvis.

Bilateral prominent fetal renal pelvis
Am 35 weeks pregnant now. We took anamaly scan at 23 weeks. It shows b/l prominent fetal renal pelvis  measues rk- 3.9 mm and lk- 4.1mm. Is it normal? Please advice.

Thats not normal but not dangerous either. it just needs constant follow up. other factors like outflow obstruction with amniotic fluid levels need to be sorted out
