Left fetal renal pelivs is 4.6 mm

I am 29Weeks 2 days pregnant. I had my ultrasound scan today. It says that right renal pelvis is 3.1mm and left renal pelvis is 4.6mm and is prominent. Is it something to worry.
In my 20weeks anomaly scan the right renal pelvis was 1.4mm and left renal pelvis was 1.8mm.

Mild renal pyelectasis is there,has to be followed up with further scans.No other intervention can be done now..
