What does it mean to have follicle of size 12mm×14mm with endo at 6mm as early as cycle day 3 (while periods are still on)? Will ovulation occur in this, if yes when? Have been on letrozol for 2 cycles. After this reading (which usually match my day 11 readings) I've been asked to avoid in this cycle.

Hi, my period is over a week already and it's been my first time for this long. usually it's over by the6th day with little to no spots. i had german measles and fever that started a week ago, i have been taking paracetamol to decrease my fever and meds for the measles (immunosin and co aleva) which i am to complete for 1 more day which by the way i had to complete for 7 days 3x a day in total. my measles had greatly gone better now however i wonder why my period has been thrown off and still heavy by this time, it's now on my 7th day could it be effects of the meds or something else?

Recently two days back I underwent anomaly scan level 2 in my 19th week. In the report it was found that "Mild prominence of fetal renal pelvis is seen bilaterally measuring approx 4mm in AP diameter on either side. Both kidneys are otherwise grossly normal". Kindly suggest is there any risk to baby after birth? Or is this condition not good for fetus development?

I am suffering from severe headache, nausea, extreme weakness, haemoglobin is 9, taking Orofer XT plus suspension since last two days. Having 2.6X1.6 cm size Submucosal fibroid in endometrial cavity, 6.4X4.6 cms size simple cyst in left ovary, bulky uterus, I am feeling extremely tired and unable to concentrate on anything due to severe headache.
