Nuchal fold
I went for my regular ultrasound to check the heartbeat. My doctor found the heartbeat but also saw nuchal fold measuring 3mm at week 8 and 5 days. I had a miscarriage last year as well. Is it possible that nuchal fold measurement was not correct as it is too early for that.

Yes. Nuchal translucency test is done from 11 weeks to 13 plus 6 weeks so you can just wait and do it later on

NT scan time: 11 to 13weeks 6days. Optimum time: 12 to 13 weeks As depends on CRL length. NT 3mm at 8weeks, not conclusive of anything. NT scan is always combined with Double marker test to see possiblity of Downsyndome. Please do not panic and Enjoy ur pregnancy. Do NT scan and Double marker test at 12weeks.
