Recently I did sonography which diagnosed bulky uterus anteverted, with measurements Length 8.6 cm , AP:6.3cm Transverse :7.2cm the echo texture is normal,anterior wall intramural fibroid measures 5.7cm ×5.2cm, endometrial echo is normal, both overies are absolutely normal, there is no solid or cystic mass in either ovary, no free fluid in the cul de sac, impression : bulky uterus with fibroids, My Gync suggested removel of uterus on safer side, my periods have been stopped since last 3 years, I have no any other complaints, no bleeding nothing, shd I go for the surgery?

I am having ED and is undergoing a treatment. but it might take few months or even an year to get fit. Meanwhile we want to have a baby, so please suggest if we should go for an IUI or wait for my ED to cure. We do not want to waste more time to get a baby as already 3years of marriage is complete. Please advise .
