I was prescribed 5mg letrozole for 5 days on from my 2nd day of period. I did scan on my 11th day and follicle size shows 11 mm for both overies. Is it normal?? When I am expected to ovulate?? I am again planning to do scan on 13th day. Hoping for best..can I conceive in this cycle?

Hello doctor, I am a mother of a three months old girl. My milk supply is low since starting but now it has drastically reduced. Before every formula, I feed my baby, she latches properly, I even tried pumping several times but only approx 100 ml comes out in whole day. Taking proper diet including milk, fruits, dry fruits with lactare capsule three times a day but of no use. I visited two-three gynaecologist but they say be positive. Doctor, I have followed everything religiously but now three months have passed and my baby is 95% dependent on top feed. Still three months are left to start the food that means if milk supply does not increase, I have to again give her formula which is not good for the baby. I feel guilty and it causes me a lot of upset. Please guide.

I have irregular period problem due to hormonal imbalance( confirmed by doc 2 years back). I am on heavier side of weight. Doctor said i should reduce weight. I couldnt reduce. 6 months back one yoga trainer said to take raw aloe vera gel for 45 days to regularize periods. I did so...i got my periods regularly after that...but periods are prolonged for 3 weeks every month. Not heavy flow but they come for 3 weeks. Starting with very very light flow initially( spotting) for a week or two weeks, then flow will start lasts upto 20 to 25 days totally. Previously i used to get menstrual cramps but that is not there now. Before this spotting start I feel severe back pain. Im 31 years old, married and have 7 year old0 child. Once bleeding stops with in a month I could get my periods back according to cycle but why is it prolonging for 20 to 25 days.....What might be reason behind?
