I got married since 5 years. We are planing for children. Can you suggest me a good diet. I have pcod.

I am breastfeeding mother.. i experienced a hard lump in my breast.. n there was pus in it.. the doctor gave antibiotics and also amikacin injections after culture report.. still there is no improvement.. the pus is not there but that hard lump isnt going away.. nor shrinking.. doctor said its swelling that needs to go away.. i m applying su-mag ointment and taking medicines for reducing swelling.. i have constant pain ( more at night)... now due to lockdown that doctor stopped coming to hospital. she had said she will tell to do ultrasound and we might need to do operation.. but how can swelling be removed by operation..?? i am really worried.. please help...!!!

We are planning for baby & trying for it from 4 months, my doctor advised to get follicular study , my follicular study states that  right ovary endometriosis measuring 16*12mm, left ovary normal in size. Is this affecting my fertility

I am having a virginal infection I have consulted a doct frm practo but doesn't seem to work . Its been two days I have itching , white curdy discharge, and swelling. Prescription given by doctor here Cansoft cl suppository Surfaz sn cream Fas 3 kit Using cansoft after putting it into virgina , it is coming out in the morning as a white liquid , it shud not be coming out , i have put u deeper again but same result

Hi, I recently went through IVF in October(2good quality embryos transferred) but it was not successful although everything was fine (endometrium also very good) ..no embryos freezed as only 2 made up to blastocyst stage out of 5 fertilised. Remark being not so good egg quality. I'm planning another ivf in July. Meanwhile I wanted to do everything that improves my egg quality.. So how can I improve it? I've started on vitamins (stopped after ivf failure). I'm taking cor3, Metadoze ( for my high postprandial insulin), wellwoman, Ovigyn d3. I heard that ubiquinol also required for improvement. Please Recommend me sources and supplements of it. And also any other things I could do to improve egg quality?

I delivered a baby 78 days before, still I m getting light to moderate bleeding on and off, but from yesterday bleeding is normal as normal,whether is this my mansturation or this is normal after delivery or do I concern about this. Should i wait till 14th April as lockdown is running if there is no serious reason behind this. please clarify

I have taken 1.5mg levenoegstrel pill 12 days before my period and got bleeding on expected date which lasted for 4 to 5 days with good flow so is this my actual period or not?
