AFI is 8.2
At 36 weeks her AFI is 8.2 after doing growth scan. Is it normal ?? With this index is normal delivery possible at 38 to 40 weeks ?

We need to monitor by weekly scan if it's reducing may be we need to deliver

Next Steps
can use L arginine satchets twice daily.. though at 36weeks it's improvement will likely be limited. monitoring required with scan and Doppler fetal kick count from mother side is important and drink lots of fluids

normal delivery is not dependent just on fluid levels..also on baby size and mother's pelvis. 8 is adequate for normal delivery as an individual parameter

It’s towards lower side. Monitoring needed everywhere. Need amino acid supplementation. Have lots of fluid and high protein diet.

Hi. It is on the lower side of normal . It has to be monitored everyweek to decide at the time of delivery .
