Pregnancy and Infertility

Hello doctor, I got my period after 36 days delay. (Cycle length was 73 days) my usual cycle length is 32- 35 days. We are trying for baby but all the tests were negative including blood test. I took tablets for 5 days to get my period. My period came on 28th march and it's still going on. First two days were very light flow but then it started increasing align with bad cramps. Now I am having continues clots going along with heavy flow. Is this normal?

I had normal delivery on 10th Feb.. my outer stitches r healed completely but andar wale stitches abhi b pain Kar rahe hai.. kuch dino pehle bleeding start hua tha for 3 days I called dr she said it's periods n we r not taking any case except emergency.. but I was getting pain then I found that I had ulcer in labia.. Dr prescribed ointment(nocin l) after I sent her photo of ulcer.. ?any tips to get rid of this ulcer.. please help

Sometimes  I feel irritated and frustated , sometimes mood swings also  , and I used to overthink my personal life problem more , and I am gaining my weight so fast last month I was 46 kg now I am 52. I get tired very easily after any work .

I have missed the periods on Feb .. but in the Mar 8 I have spotted of brown discharge.and next day I got very few drops of blood in the morning.. and then it's stoped. And then I consulted a doctor in online and she asked me to take meparte for 5 days.. and then it's 11 the day from the last tablet.. what should I do?
