I did abortion. I have been experiencing pains in my stomach for the past 3days now, I could not sleep at night. Pls which pills can I take to relieve the pains or what can I do to get over the pains??

My sister is having spotting issue from last 3 months. At present spotting start 10 days prior to periods. Last month soon after periods completed within a week it started and after four days automatically stopped. Is there any major issue these symptoms are indicating

I am 28yrs, carrying my first baby of 13weeks. Previously I had a missed miscarriage. I have done first trimester ultrasound found my baby has Aberrant right subclavian Artery(ARSA). Doctor said due to this, need to do further test as some of the babies would have Down syndrome. My NT Test result is 1.80mm. My adjusted risk is 1:6115. I'm totally worried. Do I need to take NIPT Test? What would be the chances of having Down syndrome? Kindly suggest.

Being married since 2 years, hormones are perfect, no pcod pcos, egg size is fine getting period through letrozole ( this is going to be my 3rd month) suffering from hypothyroid and weight is almost 89 kgs and now i feel like i will never be able to conceive it's getting on my nervous now please is there any tip that i can conceive this month by taking femara please help me 😢. Am also taking glucophage and folic acid.
