I take eltroxin 75 and dienogest 2mg for my thyroid and endometrioma. Can I eat flexseed, chai seed,almond? Or what to not eat? Pls answer this question.

All of sudden since last 3 months my period become lighter & shorter .usually first 2 days I having heavy bleeding but since last 3 months my period gets lighter & shorter .

I took clomid in this cycle . lmp 6th May. On 10th day left ovary follicle size 11*10mm and right ovary follicle size 9*9mm .. is this adequate? I mean what must is the average size range of follicle in 10th day ?? We didn't contact on 10th and 11th day. Will it be a problem ? Cuz my DF size was just 11 mm ..

Due to lockdown I am unable to go to a patho lab for bhcg . All my urine preg test I did for atleast 10.times from month of April it is negative.. can I believe urine preg test?

My LMP 16-March-2020 UPT Was POSITIVE. I am taking T. Folvite 05 mg OD and T. Doxinate OD. I am Hypothyroidism for last 12 years  taking 100mcg thyroxine before breakfast. My My Thyroid Profile T3, T4, TSH is normal. CBC and LFT, KFT report is also  normal. Please advice me regarding medication how to  start on week 14 ( 18th May. 2020) Question 1. Should I continue T. Folvite 05mg or. Need to stop it.during week 14 onward. Question 2. I have T. Shelcal HD  ( calcium Carbonate 500mg & Vit. D3  :500IU Should I take it  while eating food in between Lunch and dinner. Twice A Day.. BD Question 3. Should I take  Capsule Autrin which contains cyanocobalamin 15mcg and Elemental Iron 98.6 mg And Folic Acid 1.5 Mg.   Please advise start week of Capsule Autrin and how long should I take it at what time during the Day in OD (Once in a day) Question 4. Please advise when should I take T.Cobadex -CZS from week 14 onward. Please Mention Start Week or Stop Time of Cobadex CZS tablet.

Wenever I eat non veg food and sweets, immediately I am getting pimples for the next day.. There is lot of black heads production too.. I am suffering with this problem from one and half year..
