Hi Doctor, My wife has PCOD which was detected when she was in school, additionally her periods currently are very irrregular with sometimes a gap of like five-six months, she currently takes Primolut-N when she needs to get her period but this was prescribed in 2013, is there a possibility to make her get her periods naturally

Yes she has to follow healthy lifestyle, take healthy balanced diet avoid oily sugary food, do excercises,brisk walk.

Take PCOD diet Take bittergourd and amla and jamuns daily Take turmeric milk every night Reduce oil Increase onions and garlic and tomatoes Take a spoon of soaked methi seeds overnight in next morning Avoid non-veg and egg yellow Take fish and egg white Take wheat based diabetes diet Brisk walking three times a week for 20 minutes Avoid fast food Sleep for 8 hours at bedtime with light off Get thyroid test done empty stomach tomorrow morning
