Hi .Ur scan shows that u are pregnant .. which is early pregnancy scan .. which is corresponding to ur gestational age according to your LMP

Fetal pole and cardiac activity not yet seen it is very early pregnancy and you need to be careful Cap Susten 200 mg twice a day per vaginum pessary for a month Injection Proluton depo 500 micrograms twice a week for 2 weeks Continue Fol 123 Mothers Horlicks two spoons with milk two times a day for a month

Avoid lifting weights and stress and intercourses Avoid papaya and pineapple Drink lots of water and fruits juice

Strict bed rest Sleep in left lateral position Take a boiled egg daily Repeat ultrasound pelvis done for uterus tubes and ovaries and gestation sac after 2 weeks
