Pregnancy and Infertility

The doctor had HSG test done due to infertility issue of my wife which was given without pain injection and was very painful.  During the HSG test, the wife suffered from excessive bleeding.  TEST reports accompany ATTACHED.  Should my wife get HSG done again?  Can the test report result in a mistake due to bleeding?  What should we do

I had my hsg done and the results were normal, but first time when the dye was injected it came out and the right side tube was not visible in the x-ray. But the second time the dye went into the tubes properly but there was a shooting pain in the right side.. But no pain in the left. Was there any blockage???

I have pcos but my monthly cycles were regular, now I was trying to loose some weight but I missed my periods. What could be the reason for it. I am really tensed. Is my pcos getting worse but I had heard that loosing weight will reverse the pcos condition. I don't know what is wrong here happening with my body.
