I ate kfc chicken now. This is first time I am having . My baby is moving . But wondering is it safe as I found conflicting answers. I m so frightened

Don't eat outside non veg food and preferably any outside food should be avoided during pregnancy, it may cause gastroenteritis, better to eat home cooked food.
