Hi dr.. I ate kfc chicken burger for the first time after many days .. I'm 9 weeks pregnant will it be any problem to my baby or any issue?

No the kfc burger will not cause any problem , the thing why the doctors advices to avoid junk, oily , spicy food is because it has unhealthy fat , processed fats, excess sugar which are harmful for anyone be it pregnant or non pregnant. In pregnancy your nutrition status will affect that of the baby , thus you can go for these once in a while but do not binge ! Have a happy and healthy pregnancy!
