Can I take levocetrizine in first trimester as my throat pain feel like cold. Is it safe? Should I take this medicine

Till evening 4 . I felt baby movements feeble ones . After that I had my work to do . So sat in front of computer for 3 hours nearly . And was busy walking . Then had dinner at 9:30 . Most of times I feel movements after dinner . TodY I didn't feel any movements. after 4. I am so tensed . First time mom

When will get the periods after medical abortion process. If not on any contraceptive pill n all. Normally after how much time we get normal periods back. I had my medical abortion on 25th june last month. No periods after that.

My daughter is complaining of stomach pain and headache since 2 weeks occasionally. I gave bonnisan syrup 5ml whenever she said there is stomach pain. Today also I had given in the afternoon but now she is complaining of stomach pain again. Please help
