What are the tests required to detect pelvic inflammatory disease or any kind of infection in Uterus or fallopian tubes? Will a lower abdomen ultrasound be able to detect such things?

Yes dear Sonography of the lower abdomen will help you out further. For chlymadia IgA testing can be done For gonorrhoea testing Cervical swab can be done only if have symptoms like discharge/Abdominal pain/fever PAP SMEAR will also help you out further dear Take care Stay safe Maintain hygiene
