Pelvic pain
I have done total  open hystrectomy th+ bso 2yrs back .now I am suddenly felt pain pelvic floor muscles and lower back . Any spine related problem did not recognise . Then gp says it's gyno problem . And he gave me pain killer and gabapin nt 400/100 by 1/2 . My pain islow  down pelvic to leg feet and feelings warm sensation . Then after few days my lower back pain reduced but my pelvic pain did not go . So I told him and she gave me estriol bp cream to apply and mild exercise to do . But my question is I have high bp .but controlled in medicine .130/80 and prediabetic also Can I use this cream ? Because side effects written bp increased, bleeding , blood clotting and breast cancer, .so pls tell me is it safe to use
