Your pelvic joint pain on getting up or turning over is common in the second half of pregnancy, since the hip and pelvic ligaments loosen ahead of delivery.
Next Steps
Try getting up slowly, using a support cushion at night, and gentle stretching to ease the discomfort.
Health Tips
Please get checked the same day if the pain turns severe or one-sided, or if you notice bleeding or fluid leaking.
