My period started with spotting on 19 july and on 24 july flow had become midium now day by day flow is midium from 24 july to 29 july its now 6 days I'm not ending my period

Hi, My wife is having pain in her upper right side abdominal area. The pain is sharp and lasts for 2-5 seconds and again keeps occurring withing few intervals of time for the same 2-5 seconds. I am 25year old. i had regular 28 day cycle for 3 days normal flow. but since 1year i observed decrease in flow , now since 5 months interval change to 22days -26 days flow in for 1 and half day to 2 days and 1 pad socked.i also observed increases in body hair on hands and thigh. i have done usg which is normal and throid profil which is also normal and Lh and fsh which is also normal. i dont know what is the problem . plz tell something.
