Urgent help! More than 24 hours of misoprostol and no bleeding. What has to be done. It was under doctors recommendation after ultrasound and no growth of sac. Please advise

What is the difference between ovarian cyst and PCOS? " Necklace like fluid filled sac " - what is that? Is that the sign of PCOS? The patient have no diabetes, thyroid problem or weight gain problem.

I had underwent myomectomy in December 2017. I am just concerned if the abdominal area (operated area) still needs time to heel? Because every time I lay and try press my abdomen, it hurts. Kind of mild pain. Does myomectomy or ant operated area need time to heel? It has been 2.7 years now.

Hi, I am 28 years old and having pcod from last 4 years .recently my period came after 3 months and Spotting for a month instead of regular 5 days bleeding .doctor prescribed pause 500 to stop periods (only spotting not heavy bleeding) for a week . Can I use it for a week even my period stops in 3days while taking pause 500 ? Thanks

Hi, It was day 2, I went out for half n hour around noon & in the night I started having severe headache. By day 3 my period ended, it was dry & brown. For next 25 days I continued to have migraine,I took migraine medicines  continuously till date as prescribed. 2 days back I was completely ok. But now my period again started, initially the flow was slow & dark brown, on day1/2 it became light pink or brown but it was not a heavy flow. And I started getting migraine headache like crazy again. Whatever bleeding or hormonal changes are happening /happened inside the body , I want to be perfectly fine like I was a month back. 😭
