Pregnancy and Infertility

Usual period length average is 25/26 days. I generally have to use 2 to 3 pads on first two days. But now I got period on 23rd day . First day very light bleed of brown color. 2nd day bright red bleeding, and very light comparatively. Mild lower abdominal and leg cramps. Also breast's are very very sore and heavy since 4 days now like never before. Is this implantation bleeding by any chance?

I am 22 years old. My period due date was on 13-14 September but they still haven't come. I am currently taking vitamin B and D medicines and also cod liver oil. 3 weeks back I had taken an I-pill also. My periods are always regular but this time its delayed by 4 days already. I got my colour Doppler ultrasound done. It tells cephalic presentation, anterior placenta grade 3 maturity , 32 week 3 days old, EFW- 1728 gm, umblical artery showing normal low resistance flow pattern and middle cerebral artery showing normal high resistance flow. Is everything ok? What are the concerns for grade 3 maturity? Please suggest.. Thanks

At 31 weeks, AFI is 9.7 and now at 32 weeks AFI is 7.3. EFW also 1550g. Please suggest what needs to be done. Is AFI too low?
