What is difference between PCOD and PCOS? Explain me??....... Polycystic ovaries means Pcod or pcos?

Please see the attached report of my ultrasound. This test is done after cyst removal of 11 cm.. is everything alright now or not ?? Can i concieve ?

I have pcod and have irregular periods my doctor prescribed me to take crina ncr 10 mg for 5 days after that period will come i used and today is 5th day till i didn't get my period why?

I have irregular periods and trying to conceive. I won't exactly know when I have conceived unless I check it with the kit every now and then. Should PAPAYA and PINEAPPLE be avoided while trying to conceive? Or how much quantity of intake is okay?

I had mirena inserted during may 2013 as I was having excessive bleeding (it was diagnosed as endometrial hyperplasia - biopsy done). I was advised to have it removed after 7 years. Now 7 years are over and I had planned to get it removed during may or june. But because of the pandemic I am scared to visit my gynecologist. I would like to know if it is harmful to have the mirena for a longer time than 7 years. I have had regular check ups all these years and last one was in august 19.

I took unwanted 72 on 8th day of my cycle, (within 25hours). I got some brownish greasy discharge and stains on 11 days of taking pill . Now It's 30th day of my cycle, still I didn't go my periods. My cycle is usually of 29~30 days. Please help. I'm worried a lot. Are there any chances of conceiving?

Age_51 years After 4 months I have period and from 6 days continues heavy bleeding without any problems . I never had more than 2days .and whole life cycle was normal .what can I do
