Should we use intimate wash like Vwash or Clean&Dry or should I use a normal soap? Please suggest..

Hi I am a software engineer and work on computer around 10 hours daily. I am suffering from hair loss from 3 months and also my periods is lighter from 3 months. For my mom her periods stopped at the age of 38. I feel, may be, I am  in perimenopause. I started using multi vitamin tablets from last week. Kindly suggest me. Thank you.

Good evng I delievered a baby on 7 sept normally(1st baby,1 miscarriage earlier),after that there is continuos bleeding,now today after 11 days of delievery i observed some pieces of blood(in hindi i can say khoon ke katre). Is it normal

31 weeks currently , my belly button is lightly protruding . I had dirt in my belly button , which was half inside and half outside . I pulled it out , no pain nothing . But I am frightened now whether it will affect baby . I am able to feel hiccups after that

My sister is suffering from amenorrhea since last 4yrs in these yrs she  visited doctor oftenly and also did investigations but all blood reports were normal no sugar  ,no thyroid , no cyst on USG ,nothing deranged in blood profile and she also advised by doctor progesterone for withdrawal bleeding for 1 or 2 times but only for 1-2 month but after stopping these drugs again same amenorrhea continues its more than 4 yr is it any severe case what should be done

I am having stomach ache every month for 1 day and as I noticed from last 4 -5 months its happening just in middle of the 2 cycles. I will get my periods 7-10 days after this instance. It will be there just 1 day and the whole day. What can be the reason and is there any over the counter medicine I can take to subside the pain. Its very uncomfortable the whole day.
