PID shown in Ultra sound
I got ultra sound done which came out to be normal except it showed Acute PID, I had a UTI 6-7 months back with burning, frequent urge to pee and bleeding as symptoms ( which got cured on its own within few days), is it possible it could be because of that? Or is it nothing to be worried about?

You should see a gynecologist nearby for physical examination like temperature, pulse rate, tenderness, foul smelling discharge to diagnose acute PID. If ultrasound was done just after egg release or just after periods, then minimal amount of fluid will be seen inside and will be reported as PID but its not important Previously, it was UTI but along with that if there was vaginal infection too we donot know Urine examination to be done
