Ultrasound report came out to be Normal.

Question

Asked for Female, 22 Years

As i have very painful menstrual cramps including diarrhoea and usually i feel like fainting. The ultrasound scanning report came out to b normal . Doctor just adviced me to use meftal spass. I feel so dishearten . If i dont have any problem then why do i have such painful menstrual cramps? Someone please help me
