My aunt's LMP was aug 27th 2020 and then no periods till now, local doctor has asked her to take meprate 10 mg twice a day for 5 days, is it k to take?

Tell her to take tablets for 5 days and then stop and wait for 10 days for periods
Let her review with gynaecologist once she gets her cycle

. If still abnormal irregular periods persists then do the following tests
1. Ultrasound pelvis done for uterus tubes and ovaries and endometrial thickness
2. Serum TSH
