My last month menstrual cycle was of 30 days. Yesterday was 31st day of my cycle. At night i experienced some bleeding and cramping similar to that of periods. But blood flow is very less as compared to my previous periods. And color of the blood is very light. Bt cramps are similar to those of periods. M confused if its my periods or implantation bleeding. Can i have implantation bleeding on the day of my expected period day? Please guide me

This month my period got delayed...I got my period last on 3 Rd Aug...After that I took menohelp syrup for 10  days as prescribed by one doctor relative once everyday (10 ml) but till date I haven't got any result..should I continue the medication for more time or discontinue it...I always had regular periods earlier..never faced any problem.. Note-I was taking Himalaya shatavari tablets from 12 the Aug to 28 Aug to avoid period cramps and Himalaya neem tablets for acne control...did that caused any side effect??

I had HSG test done on 18-09-2020.The report says that my right fallopian tube is Normal and patent with rapid spillage of contrast into the peritoneum and my left fallopian tube is opacified with contrast,no peritoneal spillage seen.What does it mean? Can I conceive naturally?? Pls advise
