One side breast milk formation. Please suggest specialist doctor in Lactation or any Solution for this.

My mother has gone through excessive clot bleeding in last 3days and now her platelet 23000 and hemoglobin 7 and her BP is also low 80/90 she is been given treatment to increase the above mentioned thing and also given blood  and platelet but still the report is same.

I had full abdomen USG and my uterus and ovaries are normal and no cyst was detected in the usg. Uterus walls were normal. No SOL was detected. Uterus was homogeneous. Ovaries were normal in size. I still did not get my period after July. Please advise. I was detected with pcos 3 years ago.

Please help me with a tablet that can be used in place of Nixitral 200 capsule as I cannot find this medicine in my area. Thank you.

I had my periods in a gap of 10 days in a month. Last month I had my period on 24 Aug which lasted for 5-6 days with lot of pain weakness fainting and blood flow,then again I got my period on 5th Sept which lasted for 4 days with a lot of pain and medium flow, After that I got my periods again on 18th sept which is still going, it's been 6 days and with a lot of pain for initial 4 days along with weakness and fainting and heavy blood flow. What could be the reason possiblity as the pain is still severe and there is still a lot of weakness. Do I need to undergo any medical tests??

I have a boil like pimple near my groin area. It has been two months and it has not gone away, 2 days ago it grew a bit more. What is it? And What should I do?

Earlier exercise and controlling my food intake used to work but now I am really fat. I have a stubborn pot belly and I feel heavy and bloated all the time. I have IBS too. But I don't eat as much. It feels like I am constantly gaining weight. Could this be because of some hormonal imbalance? I want to get tested. Please suggest a few tests. I feel heavy and tired all the time so I don't even exercise much. Controlling food doesn't help at all.
