My periods are on exact time but they are unusually light and its my 1st day anything to worry? I was on antibiotics lately and have been stressed too

I am having burning sensation in pee hole and frequent urge to urinate but I have no infection as per the reports. What can it be and what to do cure it?

Was having soreness in my thighs so applied volini on my thighs and middle inner thighs, not near my genitalia. However I felt a cooling sensation near my vulva and rectum even though the spray hadn't been applied on those areas, and not even very close to those areas. Could the fumes have gotten absorbed by the private areas? Should I be worried? No burning sensation. I made sure to rinse the areas with water.
