Folic acid dosage
I have been taking folic acid 5mg per day over the last 2 months as prescribed by a doctor from my native place.
Now, another doctor has prescribed me to take Nosifol-D supplements for 1 month to promote fertility and improve chances of conceiving. Is it advisable to take Nosifol-D supplements along with 5mg of Folvite?
Nosifol-D contains 400mcg of folic acid per dosage.
