Regestrone 5mg - dosage ?

I've used regestrone once before to delay my periods, but I wanted to confirm the exact dosage. I think i was advised to take one tablet per day starting 3 days before the expected day the last time, but I'm not sure. And some sources say to take it 3 times a day. What is the recommended dosage to delay periods?
