Pregnancy and Infertility

I m in my first trimester and I see a brown spotting on and off. Today I can see a very little brown spotting whenever I use a rest room. I have done sonography on 16th September 2020 which was in 6 weeks 4days. Please let me know if anything is wrong.

Three days ago I got my period but the flow was very minimal post that the discharge is brown and not red. I usually have high flow on day 2 but this time there was only slight brown discharge. I have been drinking alot of water than usual since my last cycle and last week had slight pain on the left side of stomach. Could there be any issue and would drinking more water affect menstrual flow

She has been missing her periods from last 2 months and is already following medication from other consulted doctors. But still her problem is not resolved.

Is there any medicine that can induce period ? Will it effect the next cycle? There is an event coming up that clashes with my next cycle date and I would prefer  periods to be over. Kindly advise.
