Is L-methylfolate same as Folic Acid ? If i take 1 mg L-methylfolate, will it be equal to 1 mg Folic Acid. Can i take L-methylfolate in place of Folic Acid and vice versa ??

I m getting treated for GTN. I am advised 65 mg of methotrexate. Couldn't find 50+15 of methotrexate. Can I take folitrax 50+15 instead of methotrexate. Is it the same.

I found out I have have pcod  6 months back athough I am not on hormonal meds, and have regular periods. However I have problem with my stomach like I alternate between diarrhoea and constipation. And have heartburns almost every other day. These heatburns are not very major and mostly happen during the evening after 7. Is this because of my pcod and hormonal imbalance or something else!?

I underwent iui 6 days back in natural cycle (no HCG shot given) I'm unable to conceive since two years and recently diagnosed with low amh (1.9 ng/ml). All other reports are normal. Can low amh be the reason behind not being able to conceive. Is IUI okay or IVF will be better?

Bleeding starts after 15 days if periods, sometimes light sometimes heavy. It lasts from 1-3 days. Is there any cause of concern for this? It causes weakness and aches in body. Please advise what is to be done and what to avoid to stop this bleeding. It
