Even after 3 years of marriage, No children, consulted doctors, folicular studies done, Myself checked but no result

I m suffering from pcod long ago and some side effects of it are acnes, facial hair and irregular periods in my body. Should I take genitte 35 or dronis 30 ?? Which medicine is best for me to cure all these problems? And What is the basic difference between these two medicines??

Have PCOS, went to the hospital cause my period was irregular, rapid weight gain and hair loss. Was given duphaston and since then , I've been having hirsutism, severe stretch marks and acning. What should I do please Will it reverse and stop getting such symptoms(hirsutism, acning & stretch marks) since I didn't have them at the beginning ?

In an induced cycle for. Conception after 13th day and ovulation I was advised Susten SR 300 for 15 days but my egg was not proper size she has minimal chances for conception. Therfore my doctor advised if I will not take this Susten SR300 I will not get my period. unfortunately I did not took and missed the whole dose and has delayed the cycle for 4 days. Now what should. Hi my breasts skins are pigmented and having few brown spots on them, skin tone of breast is uneven. both skins are having small bumbs like keratosis pilaris. It feels rough. is it normal to have this or should i be worried? i have thyroid and pcos also few months ago i had dermatitis on my lips.i have keratosis pilaris on my hands and legs. is this pigmentation on breast is because of that or a sign of a cancer? i am really worried about this. i am attaching pictures for the reference.
