What is the use of tab folic acid.we take this tab to concieve or it is for other use..plzz tell it is safe or not or for what purpose it will be taken.

Hi my name is pooja , I had miscarriage in March and post which my periods were regular. As per the cycle I should had been getting my periods on 30th on sep however I got my periods on 27th Sep and lasted only for one day but still had cramps and body pain. Why is it so?

Hello, I use to have normal period , last month it started on 29th and flow was bit less than normal days it was there for 3 to 4 days. But this month period started on 25 and ended in 25th only so the glow waa there forn only 1 day. Can you please suggest what to do?

Recently my bhcg level has been positive and very early dr has put me on gastro resistance aspirin 75 od I take at night along with dhuphaston bd and multivitamin my stomach is getting upset like I am passing stool 4 , 5 times and burning in stomach as well plz advice it is because of what ??? And does taking at lunch time aspirin will be helpful plz advice
