I have pain in the left breast, upon seeing the doctor, I was diagnosed with mild fibrosis, in which I had mild swelling and breasts are a bit dense.. can someone explain me more about it?

I would first of all thanks practo and doctor to help through practo to clear doubts and assist better. I had c sec one month before. Since a week i hv been experiencing a kind of small lump just over c sec cut area. This lump can not been seen but when i touch those area i can feel seems like a lump and have a pain. Hi my last date on period was 16th August. I took home pregnency test on 27th September which was negative. After 16 days still i dint get my period Could you please advice what will be the reason

I have 20months old baby boy, delivered with cesarean. (Baby birth:25-02-2019) After delivery till the last month no problem. From tha last 10days facing bleeding problem.

My bhcg is 1200 on 30 sep and my lmp is 30 aug and yesterday I had cramps & brown then pink red blood discharge on wiping & dr advice for duphaston td susten injection alternate days & stopped my asprin tablet today I didn't have any blood discharge just very mild brown colour thing on tissue I took second opinion & new dr advice for HCG 5000 iu injection weekly plz tell what will be the role of this injection and is their any harm or helpful while taking this injection But my regular dr has not prescribed this injection plz suggest what should I do I had a missed miscarriage earlier so I want to do what is right plz advice plzzz
