Hi doctor Last month I aborted my 10 days old baby due to some health issues on 30th August. So I was expecting my periods on 30th September but my periods is yet to come. Doctors please let me know the exact reason. Is this common symptoms after abortion? When  I can expect my periods? Even I have taken a scan after abortion and Gynac told that everything was completely cleaned in the uterus. So please reply

I had my hsg day before yesterday i had red blood coming out for 3 hours after which the blood gradually decreased yesterday i had reddish brown diacharge like periods with no smell like periods smell.
