Today is 45th day of my Cycle. Still haven't got my periods. Last month my periods lasted for 9-10 days. What could be the reason?

Hi Mam,
I had a baby two years ago at your hospital, I am having regular periods.need to delay periods for an occasion . Could you please suggest any medicine for this and please let me know how many days before the date I have to start using that.

Thyroid medication - irregular periods
Hi,
I am diagnosed with thyroid last month. Tsh -11.9. So after doctor's suggestion i started thyronorm 50. After starting the medication my periods are irregular. Once in 2 months. Before medication my cycle was perfect.
Please suggest what to do to make cycle proper even after medication

I took regestrone last month for 6 days to delay my periods twice a day..
My date was 15th September and i started from 13th to 18th September the medication.. i got clots in between little spotting very minor..
Its 11th October now next month and i feel my periods are arriving.. is this normal?
