I have a TVS report with mild focal fundal adenomyosis as an impression, with everything else normal, uterus size, ovaries, 3 layered endometrium, Can it affect my chances of conciveing ? Can it cause problems ?

I read in online forums that is TSH is 3 there is no need to take tablet but my doctor prescribed me thyronorm 25 mcg. What actually relationship between tsh and conceiving, should I continue trying or I should wait for TSH to come down? I am confused please help

My last LMP is 20-Feb-2020. According to which I am currently 33 weeks and my first EDD was 26th Nov. Now according to USG I am 35 weeks and 6 days as baby weight is 2.461 grms. Which is increased weight. OGTT is done and results are normal ( Report attached ). All my other reports are also normal. Baby is in cephalic presentation. When can we expect the delivery date to be. And chances of normal delivery?
